Production Time:

  • Normally 1-3 business days for Quilter’s Clappers

  • 7-10 days for quilt shelves and square clappers.

Shipping:

  • USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS.

  • Tracking Information provided through Ship Station via USPS

  • Shipping rates are the lowest possible.

Payment options:

  • Keystone Carving LLC never receives your credit card/payment information.

  • Secure options provided by Squarespace.

  • Secure options provided by PayPal.

Privacy policy:

  • At Keystone Carving LLC, we never share your personal information.

Cancellations:

  • If an order has gone into production or a shipping label has been purchased no cancelations will be approved.

Returns:

  • We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products

  • If we make an order error, we pay the return shipping.
